Many clubs looking for new team members misperceive the utilization of a search firm as a relinquishing of their control in the hiring process. However, with Crystal Clear Concepts, Inc., this is not how it works. We work to lessen the burden on the Search Committee. Although the Search Committee does not have to partake in the daily happenings surrounding the search, the ultimate decision is made by the search committee.

Crystal Clear Concepts creates the ideal pairing between the candidate and a club. Through advanced technological techniques, we are able to take into account the individual communication style of each candidate and match that with the communication style that you require in your club. Then we match the candidate and the club on a level that is on par with the club’s intended culture, method of operation, and working environment. We don’t aspire to just place a candidate, but we aspire to bring you the candidate that promotes a successful long–term working relationship.
After placing your new team member, we maintain a relationship with both you and the new team member. We closely track your new hire’s progress to ensure a smooth transition. All searches include: 3 months of monthly check–in with the client; and 3 months of weekly one–on–one coaching with the new recruit. Our staff attorney will also work with your club to mediate any conflicts with the new placement to ensure maximum efficiency and compatibility.
