An Overview of Our Club Services

An Overview of Our Chapter Services
We offer three different services to the Chapters within the Club Managers Association of America: 1) a web-based teleconference program where members are able to earn CMAA credits without ever leaving their office, 2) Assistant Manager and Catering Director seminars to support mid management level, 3) speaking services for monthly Chapter meetings. Our Principal, Crystal Thomas, MCM, CHE was the highest rated speaker in 2007 in the Southern California chapter. For years Crystal Clear Concepts, Inc. has been training in the interpersonal and transformational arenas. CMAA now recognizes "interpersonal" as one of the competency areas for CCM certification. We are here to support your chapter's growth and development.
